"Really enjoyed our 2 night stay at this historic site. It was super clean, nice evening entertainment & comfortable beds. Only thing that was disappointing is no mini frig in our room (building 1 room 121) but our friends in 2 other rooms had them. requiring you to go all the way to the office building to get an ice bucket, no daytime bar/snack service at the pool during the day yet the website says seasonal service."
"This is our second stay here. We just love staying here when we are in the area. Got to see two fawn not far from our room the first day. It is just a beautiful place to stay and the room is wonderful. Anthony and his family are always very communicative and helpful. Whenever we are in the area, we are hoping to stay here again and again."
"We had a lovely second stay in this comfortable 1-bedroom condo in this beautiful, quiet treed neighborhood. Last time we saw 2 deer. This time we saw 5 before we even checked in, plus a mama and 3 fawns in the back yard, plus some 30 others in our morning neighborhood walks on the gentle hills. The generous snacks and breakfast provisions in the well-stocked kitchen make it so convenient to be comfortable. We also like the large walk-in shower! We will be back. "
"Recommending that maybe have someone go and turn air down prior to arrival due to it being so hot. It took several hours for temperature to get cool. There was not any hand soap, dish soap, body soap, cleaning supplies. Suggestion, maybe have an iron, ironing board?

"The property was exactly as listed and was a great place to stay during our golf weekend. The proximity of the house to the golf course was perfect and it was a short drive from the house to the shopping/dining/entertainment on Main Street. All in all, this was a great place to stay and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Salado."
