"Smell the new"

"It was fine - parking is a pain - you have to pay with an app. Some front desk folks were nice and helpful. Some weren't. I wasn't given our breakfast vouchers on check-in - we paid via the booking app. When I asked for them was treated with suspicion - they were suggesting that I had already received them and was trying to swindle them."

"Very nice it felt like home"

"The room was very large and very clean. Everyone that was at the front desk was helpful. Elisabeth was especially kind and helpful."

"Room was clean and staff was very helpful"

I noticed simply because towels went missing. I went to the front desk. She states that’s how they do their housekeeping. They did not in fact leave clean towels. They did not in fact take out the trash. The also stated they stopped making beds since covid. The 4ft lady at the counter got angry with me because I submitted a formal complaint...

"First we got to the Hotel - they had given our room to another person, so we got stuck in a horrible room. A/C and TV did not work. Went to CALL front desk THERE ARE NO PHONES AT to call. So went back to the front desk. Agent told us there were no other rooms. So I told him we had a RSVS and he finally found us a HANDICAP room which was ok. Got to that room, hole in the wall with a plastic bag sticking out to fill the hole. Mold in the tub. Bed squeaked so bad every time you moved. ...

"Nice stay, safe and close to many places. Staff was very helpful."

"Clean and peaceful property, with tons of stores around the area"

"More varied for the breakfast"
