"My boyfriend and I stayed in this resort for 4 nights and we wish we could have stayed longer! The staff were very friendly, Sakai was so sweet to us, and took us out snorkling and we met another couple because of him. The resort is right on the beach and after going to the main town I have to say that the beachfront at this resort is the nicest that I saw on the island. The sunsets were incredible, the water warm, and no trash. There were beach chairs to use, an outdoor resturant right in the sand (with covered seats as well). The drinks were very reasonably priced and yummy! Evey dish we had was amazing especially the spring rolls. You have to understand that this resort is on a part of the island mostly acessable by boat. My boyfriend found a trail to walk into town (about 25 minute walk), so we used that most days. I didn't mind this at all because we still could get to town by this trail or boat if we wanted, but because it was away from the main town it was very relaxing, no noise, and clean!! The property needed maybe a little maintenince, but with the humidity and sea air, a little paint peeling didn't bother us at all. The AC was very nice in the rooms and this place had everything we wanted. The massage place and beach equipment rental shack was also nice and convieneint. They had shuttles as well since the property is very hilly, but we walked most of the time. If we come back to Phi Phi, we will definately stay here!! "

"Very pleasant from the moment we arrived. Resort ‘s employees will wait for you at the pier and help with luggage. Walk about 15 mins to the resort, easy walk. All services are amazing and you have private beach area for your kids to enjoy while you are relaxing on daybed. Quite area away from the noises. Mattress is a bit hard but we don't mind. Tap water kinda salty but they give you free bottled of water daily, you can use it to brush your teeth instead of tap water. Laundromat next to the hotel open 24/7. If we come back will definitely stay here again. "

"Amazing stay for our first long haul family holiday. Rawi Warin was brilliant - the room was stunning and very comfortable and the facilities throughout the hotel are all brilliant - amazing breakfast buffet, 2 great pools in the main area, pool bar and restaurant was superb. The staff throughout the resort were amazing and our 2 year old loved it. We would not hesitate to book again."

"Hotel has its own free longboat service to get help take you and your bags to and from the ferry. Walk to main part of town was short, only a tiny bit across the beach then on a path. Hotel room was nice. Pool area, bar area and bathrooms in need of some TLC."
