"The reason for the bad review is that we had a seriously noisy neighbor upstairs for three out of our five nights. We complained to the staff, who promised to talk to them, but offered no proof they ever did. Then they told us they'd be leaving that day, but they were wrong and we endured another night of craziness. We had five hours of sleep between the nuttiness that ended at 1:00 a.m. and began around 6:00 a.m. in the morning. When I wrote to Hilton, they promised me a discount NEXT time I visit. LOL! It would have been nice if they had offered a slight refund for THIS time around. It was a fabulous motel, and the breakfasts were fabulous, but had they actually spoken to the noisy neighbors, they would have understood WHY they were noisy and possibly could have moved them elsewhere. We couldn't move because we had set up everything for five-day stay and didn't want to spend two hours breaking everything down and starting over in another room. "

"Safe parking and clean room. Hot water took a while to kick in for the shower, that was the only issue. But safe, clean, and good location hotel to be at for the price."

"Unfortunately there were ants in the bathroom. I got rid of quite a few but they kept showing up. Room was near ice machine and elevator so it was constantly noisy with loud people and the loud dispensing of ice throughout the night. "

"Cole was so great as a host, very responsive and willing to work with us on timing adjustments. The house was super cute and worked great for our needs. The off street parking was a big plus. Highly recommend!"

"The check-in process was very easy and communication with the host (Vince) was fantastic. The shared communal area on the first floor looked very clean and modern with all of the appliances. The bedroom (Zumbo) on the second floor was very nice, clean, and modern as well. I liked that the room had a cooking area with a stove, microwave, minifridge, sink, and dishes to prepare food. I also really liked how clean, bright, and modern the bathroom was. I would definitely come back during my next visit to Seattle!"
