Karuizawa Prince Hotel West
Getting around the property and the shopping center was convenient with the buses provided by the hotel. Lots of washers in the laundry area. I love the individual cabins scattered around the property. Makes it feel like you're in the woods. Great place for families!

We stayed for one night. The staff provided excellent service, although they don't speak English well. The room was spacious and clean. There is a kitchen and washing machine with dryer, which are suitable for long stays. 30 mins drive from Karuizawa Station. In winter, the road becomes slippery ...
