"From the moment we arrived to the moment we left all the staff were fantastic!! The staff are so friendly and every request is met with a smile. The sea view room is highly requested for a great view from the balcony. Food was great with a good range available. I would highly recommended Megasaray Westbeach for a great relaxing experience!!"

"All receptions stuff were excellent a good example Mr. Corcomas was kind enough to help me change the room because of upstairs noises and he actually offered me a free breakfast for the rest of my stay instead of refunding me for a lower rate room which was a very excellent choice. The porters were amazing and beyond belief especially Muhmet. Planning your trip and having the best offers from the hotels public relations was an excellent idea and the person who made it possible for us right from the beginning of our transfer to our hotel till the very end of our travel his name is Bilal Waziry he was kind enough to give us the best offers for the land of legends and other tourists attractions, he’s very flexible person intelligent and calm for any uncomfortable situation to be solved. To be honest I cannot find any reason for me not to stay at the Crowne Plaza beautiful atmosphere beautiful design lovely seen to wake up in the morning but the only thing that would make me think twice to stay there is the noises that comes from The Roof club? And still as soon as you pick up the phone to complain about it the club will be informed and you will hear the difference so my compliments to The Crowne Plaza team Management."

"Amazing hotel, close to beach and lots of cafes around. Hotels own cafe drinks were amazing. Sadly we couldn’t do the Spa but its free except for massages. Totally recommend this hotel."
