"The staff, the room and the food were the highlights of our trip. It’s a truly beautiful resort and my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for a couples get away. My only critiques would be that the balcony’s were not very private, the pools had quite a few bugs/leafs etc in them. The Spa was wonderful, the treatment(manicure, pedicure & facial)that my wife had were top notch. The deep tissue massage that she got was very disappointing. Overall we had an awesome time and with a few minor tweaks this would be 11/10."

"Had a few issues on arrival. Patio table covering was missing the bug screens and roof that was shown in pictures. The lounge chairs were broken and there was no tablecloth for the outdoor table. the agent responded immediately and shipped us new chairs and a tablecloth and refunded part of our stay for the hassle. Great customer service, nice spot (smaller than expected) with lovely windows and view of a pond."
