"The location was excellent. Breakfast was great - local breads/bagels, yogurt, cereal, cold cuts for sandwiches, coffee, tea, fresh fruit. The room was very clean. My only complaint was that the towels were very rough. "

"I did not like my western omelet. Usually or the many I have eaten before had the ham, pepper, cheese etc. mixed in with the egg mixture whereas the one in your restaurant is a plain omelet with the mixings all dropped in the fold of the omelet. Not what it should be as far as I am concerned. My husband on the other had a waffle with fresh fruit and he enjoyed every bit of it. It made me sorry for not ordering the same breakfast. "

"Le personnel a été très efficace et accueillant tout a été presque parfait de l'arrivée au départ. Cependant, pour le coté moins positif c est la salle de bain, les vitres de douche n'était pas totalement propre, j'ai du prendre une serviette avec de l'alcool désactivant. J'ai aussi aspergé le sol. J'espère ne pas avoir abîmé la serviette. Je n'ai pas réussi à réchauffer la salle de bain pour ma douche j'étais frigorifié. Je crois qu'il faudrait porter attention à ces aspects car vous avez une clientèle tout comme moi qui est malade et qui provient du CHUM. Pour le reste je suis très reconnaissante des services que j'ai reçus et je recommande votre établissement sans problème. Pour ma prochaine visite au CHUM il est grandement possible de me revoir si vous êtes disponible. Merci "

"This hotel was amazing and had a large suite that accommodated our family. The property was clean and the kids loved the pool area. "

"Staff was super nice at reception, dining room and staff cleaning rooms. The hotel is ina great location. You got Chinatown literally around the corner. Across the street a huge shopping center that includes a very nice food store. Parking is available at garage first come-first serve. I would stay here again. "

"Lots of items to select for breakfast. Central to everything you could want to see in Montreal. Oftentimes, sirens from emergency vehicles were heard at all hours."
