Provencal villa on the Lubéron surroundings

This beautiful villa with a private swimming pool is situated in a small villa park in the outer ring of the holiday park ('Campagne' type). It is a peaceful area only 1.5 km from the picturesque Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt, a village hub in the magnificent Lubéron. The villa was built in the traditional Provençal style, it features a lovely, luxury interior and is equipped with all modern comforts. It includes a living room with a television and 2-pers. sleeping couch, a luxury kitchen with a dishwasher and built-in appliances, and a washing machine and dryer. There are also four bedrooms, one with a double bed and three with each two single beds, as well as four bathrooms with bath or shower and toilet (adjacent to the bedrooms). The patio doors open onto the covered terrace, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning. In the afternoon, relax in the enclosed garden (520 m2 to 770 m2) on one of the sun loungers beside the private swimming pool (open from mid April to the mid October, depending on the weather) — a wonderful way to cool down. Parking space and a garage are also available at the villa. This 'Campagne' villa offers a bit more privacy and nicer view across the surroundings of the park. In the Le Clos de Savornin residence, you can book various luxury villas for four to eight people. Please note! Deposit for animals: 400€ per animal.
