"We arrived at the hotel after booking a room with twin beds ( I was accompanied by my mother) , and they had only rooms with double beds , as understood we could not stay there. The person who greeted us was friendly and never gave us any solution to our problem , that nothing could be done , so we decided to go there. We were very badly treated , but said that as we had not canceled the reservation that anyway the charged , made us feel really bad , and gave us to understand that we left to...

The kitchenette was fully equipped to make a chilli meal for the family in the evening, breakfast in the morning and we prepared sandwiches for our onward trip.
