This elegant 3-room apartment of 70 m2, situated on the 2nd floor, offers a well-balanced and thoughtfully designed interior layout accommodating up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area serves as the heart of the apartment, featuring a flat-screen television and air conditioning, with direct access to a south-facing balcony that overlooks the swimming pool, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere throughout the day. The 1st bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is equipped with its own flat-screen television and air conditioning for added comfort and privacy. The 2nd bedroom features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is also fitted with air conditioning. The bathroom includes a shower and a bidet, with a separate WC. The fully equipped kitchen offers 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. A terrace of 10 m2 completes the apartment, furnished with balcony furniture and offering a pleasant view of the swimming pool.
