"The reviews online rave about the very nice rooms. The reviews and hotel info do not make clear that arriving with a car is very difficult logistically. The hotel boat is moored where there is only a pedestrian footpath. There is no where close by to drop the bags for easy access, many meters from where cars are allowed. There are no actual staff at the location, only virtual staff who cannot help with the luggage drop or movement. You get parking recommendations only after the cancel window...

We called the hotel and one person has replied: quiet agressive and not relaxed, more focus on telling us "we did not respect the time to arrive...". No light at the reception, and the way to indicate us where to find the keys was not pleasant..."
