"Terrible. Bugs and aunts. No one in reception. Very dirty. The staff are not nice."

"Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Cadre magnifique pour séjour au calme en amoureux ou pour faire la fête sans déranger le voisinage."

"Amazing place. Incredibly beautiful, can’t wait to come back!"

"A cozy hotel with great breakfast, although with some visible wear-and-tear of the furniture/property. Not sure how deep their direct engagement is with the one-starred Michelin restaurant on the property, but the restaurant did not grant us a proper apology or some kind of discount for the 3 small bullets that was found in the duck meat. Biting onto one could have cracked a tooth or affect a filling; didn’t happen but it’s about principles. First time we encounter such a lack of response from...

"I would have reviewed the hotel slightly higher but for the dishonesty of management. We booked a room on Expedia that was described as having a yard. Upon check-in, they tried to give us a second floor room. When I stated that we booked a room with a yard(which would be ground floor), I was told that the hotel did you have any room with a yard. "This hotel is located about 20 minutes from Amboise on a large piece of property! It has an old well kept main building where breakfast and dinner are offered along with rooms. We stayed in the garden suites * Mimoasa and it was spacious with a king size bed. A fridge would have been nice as would a safe but apparently they are being included in the upgrade. Given that there is no convenience store or grocery near by the fridge would be very useful. The pool was lovely and we played golf on the...

"Very enjoyable stay. 25 minute walk to the centre of Amboise. Pleasant staff. Comfortable room. Only criticism was grout needed cleaning in the bathroom."

"Staff"

"Great location, staff & breakfast."

"Calme, chambre charmante et petit déjeuner agréable."

"Exceptional quality in a beautiful setting. Amazing place to stay for chateau lovers."

"The property was spotlessly clean with polite helpful staff"

"This is by far the nicest hotel in the city centre. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is within walking distance to the entire core area. Very quaint place with a pretty garden and pool, which is a rarity for hotels in this area. Would return for sure."
