"It is a nice hotel, but recently discovered they downgraded from 4 to 3 stars. So the amenities I enjoyed about this hotel were taken away. Sadly, will not be returning to it. It’s not the most practical hotel unless you’re just driving through or going to the concert arena nearby. "

"A l'appel le matin pour savoir si nous aurions mangé à l'hôtel le soir, on n'a pas pu savoir le prix du menu du soir, à l'arrivée il n'était pas exposé ni à l'extérieur ni à l'intérieur et , réservation faite sur le site Expedia, sur lequel rien n'était marqué concernant les heures d'ouverture de la réception, on a pas été prévenues que la réception aurait été fermée jusqu'à 18 h. On a été prévenues par email à 15.40 que la réception aurait été fermée jusqu'à 18h à notre arrivée. Vu le rapport...
