A mon arrivée j'ai eu accès à la chambre avec la borne car j'avais réservé. Mais le ménage n'avait pas été fait. J'ai dû attendre que le personnel arrive pour avoir une autre chambre. Bien pour une nuit. Personnel aimable.

Panique à bord

En arrivant tard je n'avais pas le numéros de la chambre et le code pour rentré. La bornes prévue n'acceptait pas le code reçu, petite panique, j'ai trouvé un numéros de téléphone sur la porte, une personne m'a répondu et tout est rentré dans l'ordre, merci. Unes fois dans la chambre je constate que j'avais un message en attente c'était la responsable qui m'avait envoyé le numéros de la chambre et le numéros pour pouvoir entrer dans l'établissement, ayant arrêté mon téléphone je ne l'avais pas vue .
