"It was a terrible experience from start to finish. The flat reeked of smoke, communication with the host was awful, and to top it off, there were large spiders. I reported the issues to both Hotels.com and the host, but the experience was beyond disappointing. Would not recommend."

"We came to Basel for a Euro 2025 football game. This apartment was great for getting to/from Basel, with a tram stop a 2min walk from the door. Parking available on site. Apartment was clean and modern, as described. Host was very easy to communicate with, very quick to respond. Would highly recommend this place for visits to Basel and the area. "

I showed up at the door, but couldnt entered. I managed to call the property manager - she was very nice, but her english is not great. She texted me a code and i was able to get the key. "The place are very spacious for four of us. The location is close to the public transportation so it is easy go around town. "
