It has a maximum capacity of 5 people, and has two secure parking spaces. You will spend pleasant moments with family around a good barbecue after relaxing at the beach located 5 minutes. You will easily reach the Tamarins road. Places of interest are nearby: Stella Matutina Museum, Kelonia, Salt Museum, Bontanic Conservatory of Mascarins. Maison calme mais prestations minimalistes voire inexistantes
Lors de notre réservation le WIFI haut débit 250Mb/s et un bain à remous faisaient partie des prestations. Le constat est que le débit du WIFI mesuré avec l'outil nperf est de 7Mb/s d'où l'impossibilité d'utiliser 2 tablettes en parallèle et il n'y avait pas de de bain à remous. Literie sale, nécessité de laver les oreillers, pas d'alèse sur un matelas déplorable. 1 seule lampe de chevet pour un lit 2 places. Pas de four traditionnel. Assiettes ébréchées et couverts à relaver. Eponges de l'évier hors d'usage. Toile cirée de la table extérieure sale et percée Lampes extérieures dotées d'ampoules trop faibles (beaucoup trop faibles). Sur l'annonce, la location comprenait 2 chambres, 1 seule était disponible. Contrat de location reçu la veille de notre arrivée précisant qu'une seule chambre était mise à notre disposition ??? Je tiens à disposition les copies d'écran prises lors de notre réservation prouvant que nous avons été un peu abusé. Par ailleurs, ABRITEL doit pouvoir également vérifier le contenu des prestations mi-avril et mi-mai pour voir que pas mal de modifications ont été faites par le propriétaire après que nous lui ayons fait nos remarques et griefs. Cette location est un miroir aux alouettes et propose un mauvais rapport prix / prestations constatées.

Logement bien situé à Saint-Leu
La case de Jany est très bien située à Saint-Leu, à proximité immédiate de la plage et du centre avec les commodités. La terrasse est un vrai plus pour manger et se poser dehors. Chaque chambre est dotée de sa climatisation ce qui est essentielle en période estivale. Jany nous a très bien accueilli à notre arrivée, avec une mangue josé fraiche. Maison très propre, avec un coin buanderie dans le jardin.

Superbe case extremement bien placée car dans le centre, proche des commerces et de la plage, tout en étant loin de la circulation. La location est simple et chaleureuse. Jany, le propriétaire est extrêmement accueillant et arrangeant. Je recommande sans réserve cette location pour 4 personnes.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison toute mignonne, au calme, très bien située par rapport aux commodités de Saint Leu. Nous avons peu utilisé la voiture et c'est appréciable. Accueil très sympathique de Jany qui nous a bien conseillé sur le séjour. Nous envisageons de revenir dans ce lieu authentique.

Séjour sans fausse note : Excellent accueil de Jany, maison très bien située proche des commerces (superettes, boulangeries, restauration...) et de la plage (tout peut se faire à pied).
