"Very quiet, nice, clean."

"A very nice site with trees and bushes separating the chalets from each other so there's some privacy. It's very quiet at this time of the year so perfect for what we wanted. Very close to the beach; 500 meters. Nice walks nearby. Chalets are well equipped and quite spacious with a deck for sitting. Car park space. The soft furnishings could do with replacing/refurbishing as they're beginning to show wear and tear. Weak WiFi which has been promised to improve but hasn't. However, none of this...

"READ ALL THE REVIEWS - ALL TRUE - DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE! They have taken over £500 out of my current account and £400 from my credit card account. No explanation, won't take calls. I paid in full and used no services - THEY WON'T TAKE MY CALL OR RESPOND TO EMAILS. these people are dangerously corrupt. Literally, the worst place I have ever stayed in. You have to pay for sheets and towels!!! There is no air con or fans in the huts. The place looks like a POW camp Staff are exceptionally rude...

"Trop trop Cher!!! Animaux payant (70 euros la semaine), télé payante, wifi payant, même la carte des pistes cyclable est payante... Pas de transat dans les mobil-home et ils refusent d en prêter. Faire de l argent, c est tout ce qui compte apparemment. Quelle tristesse d oublier le service rendu aux clients "

"I was not aware of the £425 deposit we had to put down! The receptionist and colleagues were rude, even dismissive at times. The cabin was clean but univiting, got good we didn’t have a cat as we wouldn’t been able to swing it!! Felt under pressure all the time in case something got slightly damaged. We then had to clean out the cabin to get deposit back!! It was also in the shade so I didn’t feel like we were on holiday!! "

"les studios sont bien équipés et joliment décorés et le personnel est très sympa, que ce soit à l'arrivée , en cours de séjour (nous avons demandé des couvertures supplémentaires car le week-end était frisquet) ou lors de l'état des lieux final. La piscine avait l'air sympa mais nous n'en avons pas profité, simplement par manque de temps..."

"We stayed for one night at this property. Great location with free parking close by. A good base for exploring La Rochelle. Would stay again but mattress not very comfortable and first hotel I have ever stayed in where they ask you to take your rubbish out yourself. It served a purpose and the bottles of water and sweets were a nice touch. "

"We had a lovely stay here. The reception staff were really welcoming and helpful. I was a bit surprised because the room picture was of twin beds with space between, but it was made up as a double. I was travelling with my son, so ended up sleeping on the sofa bed, which was easy to pull out, had a bottom sheet already on and additional pillows etc were in the cupboard. The wall cupboards weee tricky for me, as I’m only 5’1” tall!! Fortunately my son is 6’ tall and was willing to reach things...
