"We were unable to contact the motel by phone the entire day of our booking to advise them that we would be checking in late. The entire night we had to listen to loud music from the room next to ours. The bedsheets were clean but the room was not 100% clean nor well-maintained."

"We were checked into the wrong room by the front desk person. I'm not sure how that happened given they checked my ID at the desk. At 9PM someone tried to get in our room.
