Private: natural state property 157 m2, garden (not fenced) with wildlife garden and trees. Narrow motor access to the grounds. Stepped path (16 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises. Grocery 7 km, supermarket 7 km. Nearby attractions: Alès 35 km, Nimes 70 km, Montpellier 75 km, Anduze 15 km. Hiking paths: Nombreux chemins de Randonnées GR, Parc national des Cévennes. Please note: car recommended.

Practical and beautiful furnishings: small living room with Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (80 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (120 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 25 m2. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.
