"Een heerlijk verblijf in het huis van Patrick en Yvonne. Ze hebben ons goed verwelkomd en wisten ons nuttige tips te geven. De keuken is wat verouderd maar geeft zeker geen beperkingen. Het huis is koel, eventueel kan de airco ook aan. Dat was niet altijd nodig ofschoon we er midden in de hete weken waren. De badkamer is zeer comfortabel, een heerlijke doche! Het terras nodigt uit voor heerlijke ontbijtjes en lekkere diners en een wijntje en een kaasje achteraf. We hebben uitgebreid de sterren...

"A most beautiful stone house that has been restored and renovated with the utmost care. The village itself is charming. The thick stone walls of the house mean it remains cool inside even in high summer. Everything you need is provided.Ludovic is an attentive and responsive host. The people in the village are friendly. There is a vinegar shop- not to be missed. And there are many lovely walks to be had - including shaded by trees. There are wineries to visit- with good wine. "Séjour très agréable, dans un gîte confortable, totalement conforme aux précédents descriptifs. Au calme, géographiquement très bien situé, à proximité de l'étang de Thau, sans les nuisances ,liées aux fortes affluences, à proximité de Pezenas au centre historique préservé. Gîte à recommander!!"

"The cabin is situated in the grounds of the manor house that once belonged to the author Laurence Durell. The hostess is amazing and cannot do enough to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Walk out of the secure grounds and you are in the old town of Sommieres, with its numerous restaurants and bars . This place could not score higher if you want a base to explore the area."
