"Lack of on-site parking for me and having self-disposalof all recyclables were only negatives really. At a half mile from the centre ville where parking was very limited made the place a bit remote. Reception staff were very helpful if not there full time and the room and property were absolutely fine."

A few negatives first - light over sink not working; reported on 2nd day but never fixed - dog hair on floor & dog treats in couch - lots of crumbs in toaster but used our own - insufficient storage space for provisions in kitchen which was cramped & hard to work in - no hangers in main bedroom...

"Nice kitchen, very tiny bathroom/shower. Comfortable enough for 1 or 2 nights, not longer. You will pay extra for sheets and linens. Be sure to get there early as the reception door locks and there is no one there at night."

There are laundry facilities with broken machines, inoperative vending machines and a surly and unpleasant part-time reception staff who diminished the quality of this stay. "Awful! just plain Awful. The pictures are nowhere near the kind of rooms that we were shown. I ended up checking out even though we had already paid. The rooms we outdated and had a very bad smell in them. They advertise free wi-fi, but you have to pay for it. This place is more like a Butlins/Pontins holiday camp. Not the place for couples."
