"Property is a 10 min. walk from the train station quite near the enchanting medieval part of town with its shops eateries, pubs, canal, and the lake. Also, a boulangerie and grocery are nearby. Staff are well informed, welcoming, and speak French and English, at least. The building is 170 years old and thoroughly modern inside. Room had kitchenette, table/chairs, TV, secure WiFi, full bath, and comfortable bed with luxurious pillows. Very clean. It was a wonderful stay at a reasonable price. We would definitely stay again."

"Good property in Annecy. However, the unit was much smaller than on the pictures. It doesn’t have ac, be aware if you travel in the summer. Very basic. Located far from the centre, so a lot of walking or using bus plus walking. Not expensive compared to more central properties. Secured parking."

"Situation du chalet agréable, cadre sympathique, piscine très agréable par ces temps chauds. Chalet bien équipé. Petit bémol pour le nettoyage à notre arrivée, Nuits un peu perturbées par un rongeur ayant décidé de s’installer dans le chalet aussi. Mais globalement nous avons passé un très bon séjour."
