"After arriving in Geneva from DC, it was a welcome sure to see the Hotel right outside the train station! Even though we were close to the train station, trams and busses, the room was quiet. The room also had blackout curtains as well which made a great night sleep! Rafael, and all the others , were great to work with. I had sent several emails to Rafael confirming a few things and he alway responded very quickly. We will be back! Much appreciative of the great service we had at the hotel. ...

"Location was excellent. Room service breakfast was generous. Staff was courteous and very helpful. Although facility is a bit outdated, it’s understandable due to the age of the building. Lobby/office is on the 3rd floor. It’s not favorable if guests have multiple luggages since elevator is a bit tight and will have few floor stops during check-in and check-out (i.e. street level, lobby/office, actual room-floor location). "

"Lovely location. It felt very french and authentic. It was quite old fashioned but that gave it a romantic feel. Bathroom very small. The balcony area was lovely for a morning cup of tea and looking over the river. Staff were lovely. "
