"After arriving in Geneva from DC, it was a welcome sure to see the Hotel right outside the train station! Even though we were close to the train station, trams and busses, the room was quiet. The room also had blackout curtains as well which made a great night sleep! Rafael, and all the others , were great to work with. I had sent several emails to Rafael confirming a few things and he alway responded very quickly. We will be back! Much appreciative of the great service we had at the hotel. "The property is perfectly located and is situated on a comfortable open square that make you feel safe and gives an upscale appearance for the hotel. It is 1 block away from the Geneva lake bridge and in the middle of the high end shopping and dining district. The hotel definitely feels and looks like a 4 or 5 star accommodation. Breakfast and dinner were great and excellent food. Stayed in 2 rooms for 2 nights"

"The hotel is ideally situated. A 5min walk from the rail station. There are numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. The main part of Geneva is no more than a 10min stroll. If we return to Geneva, we would definitely stay there again. Very much recommend."
