We were able to visit wineries, the amazing market and all of the sites in St. Remy and neighboring towns. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked a few dinners. "A group of 6 shared the villa for 6 weeks as a base for the Rugby World Cup games in southern France. The villa fulfilled all our needs. Clean, tidy, spacious with all the amenities you need. "Rustic rather than luxurious, great as a base. Pool was good and terrace nice to sit on for dinner, decent sized rooms, kitchen was adequate but could have done with a built in oven as we were unable to BBQ due to regional ban on fires. The toilet didn’t have a basin so had to walk to bathroom to wash hands, shower tiles were cracked and needed some work. "Great little house attached to a larger villa. Nice and cool in the hot summer with thick walls and aircon in all bedrooms. A short walk to the very clean pool with plenty of loungers and shade or sun can be found throughout the day. "Maison Artus was a beautiful holiday villa a few minutes drive from magical Uzes. Our host and owner, Stephanie, could not have been more helpful and friendly from the time of booking and was immediately responsive to our questions. The villa was comprehensively equipped and very stylish. It technically sleeps 8 but we were 5 adults which felt perfect for the size of house. A very lovely place to holiday in a truly special region of France."

"I loved the location, right across the street from the old city. There was a grocery store next door, very convenient. The property seems to be student residences as well as hotel and has laundry facilities, safe bicycle storage, recycling, an exercise room and breakfast for an extra fee, which we didn't do. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was fine, the shower was great, the room was very spacious, but with a characterless, unadorned feel. Still, over all, good value. "
