"We didn't expect too much. We arrived decently late and tried to call multiple times to check how late we could check in, the first 2x the phone was not answered. We were asked if we want to see the restaurant menu but were not informed when it closes so by the time we went to the restaurant the kitchen had closed and no warm dishes were available. The room smelled a bit of cigarettes and had to be aired out. The layout was complicated with steps right after the door and a seperate toilet which...

"Nous avons séjourner dans cet appartement durant 3 jours. Appartement simple et efficace, bien positionné, avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. La propriétaire comme la gérante des arrivées et départs sont très à l’écoute et tout c’est très bien passé. Je recommande et nous reviendrons évidemment dans le futur "

"After a 450Km drive my experience from the receptionist was not friendly. No meal tonight and wifi in St Nectaire is not working. Decided not to stay and the alternative hotel suggested was shut. Went to the Mercure Hotel and received a proper friendly, professional welcome. Come on Logis get a grip!!"
