"I stayed 2 nights on business. All the staff were super helpful, very welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable but could perhaps do with some upgrading. It would have been good if the hotel sold cold drinks as I had to go out after finishing work at c 21:00 and Villeurbanne did not feel terribly safe."

"I liked the cleaness but i didnt like a lot of slopes to get there, also towels are not provided, even homeless shelters provide free towels, why cant they do it? I dont like city taxes pay separately, should be included all, expédia, please do not separate city taxés, it just annoying to pay at premise."

"First time in Lyon and we had a wonderful visit. Hotel is very nice and updated. Staff is very helpful despite our limited French skills. It’s on a busier road next to river and bridge but well insulated from any bothersome noises. Excellent for walking to restaurants and shops"

"The hotel staff were really clear and friendly. Our room had no window which was as expected for the “cinema” room. The location was great. The free water and small but mighty gym were surprising delighters. If you plan to be spending the majority of your day out, this hotel and specific room type may be the perfect fit for you too. "

"You have to park a mile or more away and they charge you the same as every hotel which I find to be not right! For this trip, we went to almost 5 hotels and they charge us for parking and their parking was just below the building. With all the constructions going on around this hotel maybe it could of been fair to give people discount for their parking! Really bad experience with parking "
