"Lovely place with a comfortable, pleasant, nicely decorated room and a comfortable bed. The bathroom and toilets are shared, however with only 2 other rooms. The kitchen facilities are excellent, with good quality equipment. The place is scrupulously clean. It is close to public transport. The breakfast was fantastic, even for someone who is gluten free. "This is a nice clean room situated smack dab in the middle of Old Lyon with easy access to a plethora of bouchons, cafe's, boulangeries, restaurants, and anything else you want to eat. We found it very cozy and despite a slight language barrier we communicated very well with our very accomodating host, Sylvie, and her husband Joseph. "This property is located in the middle of nice vineyards in a gorgeous area of Beaujolais. Go check out the beautiful village of Oingt which is only 5 kms away. The owner is very pleasant ans went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. the rooms are neatly decorated with Maroccan furniture and accents. The indoor warm swimming pool and the Hammam are a very nic touch. Thank you. We will come again to this nice property."

"‘This is not a hotel’ is the first thing the hostess told us when she first called. The villa indeed is their own home and this is made very clear during our stay. The hostess treated our kids as a strict schoolteacher and to top it all off at the end of the evening also yelled upstairs that we were playing with the heating, which we were not.
