"No information about late check ins. No information about check outs. Room was not what was sold in the pictures. Eventually Got the room we paid for but only for the last two nights of trip. Toilet was broken on arrival so I fixed it myself as I couldn’t contact anyone. Horrible smell in bathrooms. Showers were disgusting and such low pressure. New room was abit better but still not great. We paid for a room with full access to pool but the next day when searching for the pool we found out it...

"The hotel is well positioned for tram connection rooms were basic but more than adequate good to have your own Kitchenette staff we’re totally helpful "

"Bien qu'ayant passé un agréable séjour, je noterai qu'il serait judicieux de mettre à disposition des couverts dans la mesure où on souhaiterait manger ailleurs qu'au restaurant, par ailleurs il y a un peu trop de moquette, attention aux allergies !"
