"This was a very very lovely loft in a perfect location!! The unit was very well equipped with all kitchen and bathroom needs. However it lacked sufficient hangers and with no dressers we had to put everything on the floor 😑 Beds only have duvets with no option of a lighter blanket. We called three times to very nice personnel with promises of hangers, blanket, and broom . . . miss communication with staff as nothing was ever provided. . . we gave up calling!
