"We spent an awesome week at Ray’s house. The pictures were completely accurate and it was so easy to communicate with Ray (and his helpful assistant). Super comfortable beds and great linens. We were traveling with 3 young kids and he went above and beyond - put up a fence around the pool, had a travel crib, high chair and some silicone plates/cups. The location was great. An easy walk to town and the bay beach. Makes a huge difference during high season with all the traffic. Would definitely stay again! "

"Chris’s house is awesome, location is great, very close to east Hampton and a short drive to sag harbor. The house is very modern, clean, and packed with amenities. Great for kids with awesome pool and big yard. Not to mention the sick outdoor seating area with TV lights and fire pit. We were 4 adults and 2 young kids and the house was perfect. "

"It was amazing!! A beautiful rental…however as a group of young women there are no blinds, curtains or window tint( the house next to us/ connected could easily see in the kitchen and living room), none of the windows in ground level were locked and were very hard to lock, and the master bedroom door doesn’t shut all the way so we couldn’t even lock it god forbid someone did come in. Just a. few safety precautions to look into to make the stay feel more comfortable! Thank you "
"We stayed at the home in late June 2025. The pictures on VRBO are very accurate, although it appears the house now has a longer table, which means more seating (8 chairs3 at island). Pool now has more seating around the pool (4 luxurious chairs.with 2 large high-end umbrellas). We stayed with eight people… Every bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom, which was very helpful. The pool and hot tub are amazing. I believe the pool and hot tub were saltwater so you can stay in the pool all day long and not have chemical slime on your skin. Both are heated and heat up rather quickly. There is a large weber grill also on the back deck, the back and front deck appears to be teak wood(very smooth/soft on the feet) no exposed screws the wood is attached from the underneath so no splinters or cut feet, etc.. The house is very well equipped with all utensils, pots/glasses,coffee maker, grill kit and one set of washer/dryer on bottom level and another set just off master bedroom making it very easy to wash clothes/towels for a large group(ton of towels provided) The private Bay Beach. Is about a football field down the street and it is a very nice clean beach. We had bicycles which was great, you can ride through the neighborhood almost all the way down to Sag Harbor, you only have to go out onto the main road for about 40 yards and then dive back into the neighborhood ..then you wind by the main marina/harbor in town ..about a 10 to 15 minute bike ride. Awesome stay, highly recommended."

"This property was amazing and our kids and grandkids loved it. The house was incredibly spacious with room to spare. Well appointed and I can't think of a convenience we didn't have available to us. The icing on this yummy cake was our host; Jay. He could not have been more responsive and helpful. He also recommended a boat rental that was the highlight of our trip. The town is very cute and trendy. If you are looking for more of a beach vibe, Montauk isn't very far away. Oh, and the winery and Friday night wine and music was great. We had a lovely time; all the way down to the 8 year old!"
