"We were there to see the Ark Encounter which is only about 10 minutes from the property. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the owner and someone who takes care of the property and they were the nicest people. We spoke for a while and we brought all our stuff in. The house is of the civil war era and it is very quaint. My son loved that he had a desk in his room and he had a bathroom all to himself. The house was clean and the WiFi was good. "Lovely property close to the historic center of Lexington. We could do the Lincoln Lexington walking tour right from our front door and there are restaurants and bars within walking distance. Easy drive to Keeneland racetrack and local horse farms. The property is tastefully decorated with a very well equipped kitchen, off-road covered parking and small outdoor area. We loved it."

"Excellent convenience and Ben is extremely helpful... House,-a few doors needed attention,beds were hard and uncomfortable, back yard definetly needed some TLC. But again, the owner Ben was Great!"

"We met up with friends and their children to share the house for an extended weekend. The house was clean, the owner checked in with us and was very responsive, the pool was ready for use, the front and back yard views were beautiful, and we were close to the ark encounter! Would highly recommend and look forward to possibly staying again!"

"Beautiful sunsets and rolling hills. We really enjoyed our visit and meeting the owners. It was a great get away to the country, enjoying the birdsongs, deer in the early evening, and watching the kids catch fire-flies. The ARK Encounter is only 15 minutes away, and we had a blast. Try the local eatery Beans Cafe and Bakery for some good bites."

"Apparently they are sharing WiFi with another unit. After 4 hours they were able to get a hold of the other renters and have them reboot the router. They advertised that they offered Hulu and other services which to them means that the tv had that app where you could log into your own account. Disappointing. The unit was okay, beds were noisy and not very comfortable. There were stray hairs in the shower wall and bathroom wall. It was well located but we decided to drive to the distillery...

"The property was close to the Ark Encounter and local shops. The interior was excellent and the whole family enjoyed it. Especially the downstairs. It has two arcade style games and a large tv. The house is in an older neighborhood but everyone seemed friendly. The host made sure we had all the information we needed and checked on us to make we had everything we needed (through the app). The outside bushes could use some work but the interior has definitely been updated. We will absolutely stay...
