Small things to get nearly perfect: we counted on washing clothes and the machine was being repaired (it happens, totally get it). Proactive communicated would be appreciated; the alternative given was at least helpful. Outlets in the back room did not work and was never resolved. And while looking for outlets, we noticed how dirty the floors really were under furniture. The living...

"Overall, the condo was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Security was exceptional with key codes needed for doors and elevator. Felt safe in the downtown urban setting. Enjoyed our two-night stay but noise from the central heating unit interrupted our sleep. The TV and Wi-Fi worked great and problem-free, and the electronic fireplace was a nice touch. Parking can be tricky and is not on-site but we managed to find free street parking thanks to the holiday hours"

Suggestions: Supply coffee pods or let guests know they need to bring with them. More seating for those with 3-4 people. Directions for operating the TV remote. A few more towels. "
