"We got 4 rooms and they were all clean and comfortable. Basic and reasonably priced and very close to the Ark Encounter. Right off the highway, easy to find. The kids loved the pool."

"The staff is nice, but the property is somewhat in need of repair. The pool and the hot tub area particularly needs repair and has some repaired water damage and in need of some repairs to the shower faucet etc. Accommodations within the room are just fine and the location is perfect."

"Great place with a bar and a late checkout. Minus the .dumb paid parking (only because its the only place to park and they have their own lot). If you're charging $12 update your porch planters. Dead Christmas in summer ruins the vibe of the otherwise cool hotel. "
