"I recently stayed at the DoubleTree Hilton, and while the staff was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and welcoming—the hotel itself was quite disappointing. My room’s AC wasn’t working, so it was extremely hot and humid with barely any air circulation. I also noticed a strange smell of weed in the hotel, even though it’s supposed to be a non-smoking environment. On top of that, the pool was closed during my stay, which was really disappointing. Overall, the building needs some serious updates, but the staff was a bright spot in an otherwise underwhelming experience."

"This was the second time we stayed here and it felt like they just put us in a room that hasn’t had attention in a while. Everything was dusty, fuz in the tub, paint peeling off the walls and weird stuff all over the couch. Disappointed because the first stay a month back was fair for the price but this was gross. We stayed April 20th and whoever checked us in at 10pm was very unwelcoming. Won’t be booking here again unfortunately): "
