"We booked Landhotel Gut Wildberg because it advertised a spa with saunas, wellness treatments, a swimming pool, and a children's pool. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. After a 6-hour drive, the last 3 km were on broken roads with a 30 km/h limit. The hotel looked more like an old barn than a wellness hotel. Check-in was rushed, with little information. Our room was in a barn-like building with narrow stairs and no elevator. When we asked about the sauna, reception was...

"First of all, when we arrived at the hotel, the staff member at reception refused to take our luggage. Despite the fact that it was raining, the weather was extremely cold, and we were tourists carrying our luggage, she told us very rudely that she could not take it. She did not even inform us that there was a place where we could sit and wait, nor did she make any effort to assist us. She spent approximately half an hour on the phone and appeared extremely tense and irritated throughout the...

"Schönes und stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer. Sehr aufmerksames freundliches Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Restaurant bietet leckere böhmisch/deutsche Küche. Schon deshalb lohnt sich ein Besuch."

"Sehr gut erreichbar und alles liebevoll hergerichtet. Super, komme gerne wieder."

"I came across this hidden gem by a total accident while driving across Europe and highly recommend it! The hotel itself is very cute and the most incredible town centre is a 30min picturesque walk away."

"The lady that checked me in should not be dealing with customers. The man I dealt with upon check out was great."

"Beautiful place with a splendid view of the city"
