"It was a relaxing and charming place for the entire family. They are operational all year round.Their restaurant offered delicious foods and overlooking an awesome view of the Mississippi River. Their staffs are friendly and accommodating. Though they don’t have elevators, it’s not too bad coz their stairs are short and easy to climb. They have a decent-sized pool with dry sauna and hot tub. A great relaxation spot indeed! Outside they have a great scenery for walking, mini Golf course. And for adventure seekers,Skiing (winter Season), the Ski Lift, Alpine Slide and the Soaring Eagle zipline."

"This is a budget hotel that offers everything a guest needs and expects in this price category, including a hot breakfast. The room has a microwave and refrigerator which I did not expect. My room faced the back of the property, which was some woods and greenery, very pleasant view. I wanted to be on the ground floor since the hotel does not have an elevator but since the property is is on a hill, in the back the ground floor window and balcony are pretty high from the ground so I felt pretty safe. The bathtub had a non slip bottom which was very appreciated. Breakfast was sufficient, included eggs and sausage. The person who checked me in was very helpful understanding my needs and preferences and gave me a room that was exactly right for me. "

"We were blown away with all aspects of our stay at Cloran Mansion. Paul is an exceptional innkeeper! His attention to detail is exquisite. We were there for our 50th anniversary. He had gotten us a box of fabulous assorted chocolates from Galena’s Kandy Kitchen. That was above and beyond!!! We stayed in the Sara Suite on the first floor. We loved the room, its furnishings and decor. The bed itself was very comfortable. And each of the three breakfasts we had were culinary masterpieces!! Both my wife and I heartily recommend it."
