"Pros: Die Lage und der Parkplatz (nur für schmale Autos) waren sehr gut. Apotheke und Lebensmittel in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war sauber. Cons: Die Matratzen waren sehr dünn, man konnte die Metall-Federn spüren. Zum Glück war eine dicke Decke im Schrank. Die Deko (wie auf den Bildern) fehlte ...alles sehr mager eingerichtet. Küchengeschirr nicht ausreichend. Keine Müslischal keine große Tasse. Müllbeutel, Küchenrolle und Salz muss man kaufen. Türen zum Schlafzimmer nur schwer zu öffnen. Keine...

"The owner (Cosme) was super helpful when we arrived at 11:00 pm. He waited for us and provided all the needed information about the property. Help with the luggage up the stairs and provide a map of the area. The room was perfect and we did enjoy our stay. He provided information about the beautiful beaches that tourists less visited. This helps us just be ourselves and not worry too much about our surroundings."

"The house is well equipped with everything you need to make the most of a long stay in Colonia. We really loved this location. Easy to get to the seafront boardwalk and the center of town or any of the main beaches. Marga was prompt to respond to all our questions and was easy to get in touch with. Our whole family had space. The outdoor dining was one of our favorite features."

"Für uns die beste Lage. Die Wohnung bietet viel und ist sehr ruhig aber trotzdem Zentral. Die Ausstattu g ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und sollte renoviert werden. Der Kühlschrank ist schon ordenlich ramunierteinige Haltererungen sind defekt. Wenn man den Wasserhahn öffnet sollte man weit weg stehen. Sond einige Kleinigkeiten aberer so etwas nervt im Urlaub. "

"The location and property is nice but unfortunately not well maintained. The appartment had a strong smell of moisture which was awful. It seemd like we have been the first guests after the winter season and nobody has ever aired since. Also the interior of the appartment was not well maintained and the allover place was not very clean neither."
