"We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to come back. The apartment is nicely furnished, equipped with everything we needed for our 11day trip and centrally located. Llucmajor's placa major is in walking distance and most of the destination on the island are in max 90min driving distance. Our host Andrew was super friendly and available for any questions throughout our stay."

"When we booked it showed the location in a different area closer to the city center when the area was over a 20 minute drive from the city center. Listing also said it was non smoking but when we arrived the smell of smoke made it hard to breath. Many amenities that were listed were not included such as wifi and AC. We ended up not staying at here due to these issues. We do not recommend this property it is very disappointing."

"This apartment is in an amazing location. It is close to different restaurants, lots of shops, a supermarket, and bus stops. It was so nice to be in the city for breakfast and dinner and then was very easy to leave during the day to different beaches. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to come to Mallorca."

"Everything during our stay was close to perfect! From the communication before hand to help us navigate the travel requirements on the island, to it being in the most ideal location we could think of. "We have just had a fantastic weekend in Palma staying in Loft 5. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, clean & was in a great location for exploring the city. A couple of supermarkets close by and plenty of shops, cafes & restaurants in walking distance. We loved spending time on the roof terrace overlooking Palma. Great communication with the host, we would definitely recommend staying at Can Rubi. "
