The exterior of the property has a lot of charm and many possibilities for relaxation thanks to its spaciousness: such as eating outdoors on an extensive porch around the house with a large table with chairs, sofas to rest, a large 12m x 6m pool surrounded by 8 sun loungers to swim and sunbathe, as well as an outdoor shower and a barbecue area. The upper floor also has a large covered terrace with spectacular views of the property and the landscape.



The majestic house has two floors, built and decorated in a typical Mallorcan style with the best materials. On the ground floor are the large kitchen, dining room and living room in the same space, two bedrooms, one with a double bed, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, the other with two single beds. In addition, there is another separate bathroom with a bathtub. The upper floor consists of three double bedrooms with air conditioning with en-suite bathrooms with shower.



Additionally, there is a small house next to the pool with a second kitchen that provides greater convenience for enjoying barbecue and other meals closer to the pool.
