"Très propre, les employés sont gentils, le buffet était très bon. La piscine est magnifique. Le secteur paraît un peu dangereux avec des vendeurs qui ont l’air louche. Au moins la police était présente. Le restaurant ferme tôt et après il y a plus de nourriture à aucun endroit à l’hôtel. Ce serait bien que au moins le bar offre de la nourriture un peu plus tard."

"This is a good stop over hotel close to the airport. It’s convenient if you flight from PMI is very early because it’s 5 minute drive to the airport. It’s not a luxury hotel by any means but the room was big, it was clean, the hot water was good and the WiFi worked."

"Lovely Hotel at the end of Son Matias Beach. Large hotel lots of rooms but never feels over crowded. Lose the sun agt pool area throughout the day. People claiming sunbeds from early morning and not using or returning till later on. Drinks and snack bar really good value. Food in the restaurant fabulous and so much choice. Small pebble beach at the side of the hotel really nice."

"Booked here after a cancelled flight, Hotel was fine & done the job, breakfast is good & the late breakfast is a great idea, the room was sufficient & has a fridge & balcony & some English speaking channels on the TV. I would stay again if I chose to visit Arenal."

"Really was pleasantly surprised with this Hotel. Booked ages ago and just before taking my trip I looked at the reviews which were up and down tbh. I decided to stick with it and was glad I did. Immediately on walking in the staff on reception were lovely. I couldn't say 1 member of staff isn't nice, definitely a stand out feature for this hotel. Really enjoyed my stay. I was half board, restaurant is lovely, smart with indoor & outdoor tables. There was a good variety of choices majority of the time. Breakfast was excellent too. The Hotel is clean and quite modern, pool is small but it's more than adequate for the amount of people usually around it. Nice jacuzzi, lovely pool bar and exterior dining area. There's indoor gym and an outdoor gym with various weight training machines. Rooms are more than adequate, bathroom a little small but did the job. 2 sets of clean towels daily, even had pillow cases and sheets changed mid week. The area is great, a bit of everything. The Hotel is 5 minutes walk from the beach but worth noting it's uphill on the way back for those less mobile. The sunset on the beach is spectacular."
