"No issues at this static van. Great location, very quiet during weekends but a bit noiser during weekdays because of school playground next door, but didnt bother us. Couple of things to note, the main doors are difficult to shut and lock when the sun has been on them. They need adjustment. A bit more info on the check in process would have been useful, you dont need to go to main reception. Also more info on pool access is needed, we couldnt use it if we had wanted to as gate locked,but weather...

"The hotel was very convenient and close to the seafront. The room was comfortable and it had a walk-in shower which I needed. I also have difficulty with stairs, so I chose the hotel because it has a lift. It also has plenty of parking and the staff were very friendly. Will stay there again next time I visit the Isle of Wight."
