"Room had dirty floors mattress hurt your back terribly Noisy rooms can hear neighbors talking every word No parking the garage was closed had to park on the street hotel didn’t even tell you that before you booked it No handicap access because of access ramp was closed to get your wheelchair up on the on high curb or the cart to get your things in/out of the hotel "

"Pros: very clean, great location, friendly staff, good breakfast included, side view of the ocean from 3rd floor balcony room, beach chairs to use for guests. Cons: only one, I’m a light sleeper and the trash truck came down the street at 5:45 AM and woke me up and was VERY noisy and it seemed like it took forever to empty every little trash can. I’m glad they do this because it keeps the area clean but if you’re a light sleeper consider a room away from the street."

"This is a solid, not fancy place almost directly on the beach. It is less than 5 minute walk to the beach and to several restaurants. The hotel is showing its age but is well maintained. The beds are comfortabl. The rooms are a good size. Parking in the ramp near the room was a nice feature. The shower wasnt great, both in terms of water pressure/ shower head and also water splashing out. It was just what we needed for the night we were passing through. Great value."

"Our first time staying and we’d love to come back. We liked the bright, clean room and loved being able to sit outside our room on the chairs listening to the ocean and reading/relaxing. The staff were all above and beyond helpful and friendly. It’s always nice being close to the boardwalk and having a place to park too! Thank you!"
