"I like this facility. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are updated with the exception of the bathroom which are a bit tired. The exterior trim needs a fresh coat of paint. They really need to add an elevator. Our room was on the second floor and the stairs were a bit much. It is centrally located and close to restaurants and shopping. This is my hotel of choice when visiting Charlottetown."

"I had a nice stay at the Rodd Charlottetown. The hotel has a lot of historic charm, located in a great location near the waterfront and close to Charlottetown's downtown. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, and the restaurant was also very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Charlottetown."

"Loved the property! Summer travel time would be best for the beaches. The only downfall was that there was an event which the appetizers were served in the lobby. This prevented us and other hotel guests from enjoying the lobby amenities. I feel this pre dinner event portion should have been in one of the conference rooms."
