Problem was that they allocated us to a normal little room, whereas we booked a wheelchair friendly room, their excuse was that occupants extended their stay, hence we had to take the other room, our room keycard had a naude as sirname. Staff , cleanliness and food were verry good

Room clean and comfy. Food was very good. Sitting by the pool was very relaxing. There was a problem with the pool and out of use but the staff were very helpful and cleaned the pool which enabled us to use.

Sundown Country Estate
The main building/ restuarant/ hotel and pool looks great but we stayed in the chalets which they neglect needs maintenance. Our front door had a gap which let frogs in at night, shower leaks all iver bathroom no bathmat and only 2 towels in a 4 bed. Cleaniness was good.
