"The room smelled a little smoky, but I think there was no smoking allowed so that was just probably older odors. Other than that a wonderful place to stay, great breakfast in the morning and super friendly staff. We got a ride to the airport from a very friendly man. We would stay there again."

"The space was definitely cozy and clean. We stayed one night while we were traveling. It was mostly a place to lay our heads before we moved on to the next part of our trip. We struggled to find it. The house didn't appear to be numbered on the front and we weren't sure where to park, so we parked in the back. I do think it was a little bit over priced for the space."

"The property is near grocery store. It is great for family withyoung kids i.e room in backyard to play; hooks in entrance to hang backpacks; washing machine for dirty laundry.Bed is too soft for old grandma (had to sleep on the couch). Nicely equipped kitchen, but no garbage disposal. Host let us extend our checkout due to late flight.Communication with host was easy.We had a lovely stay. Thank you."

"This is a lovely place to stay in. We had a problem with the stove we thought and texted him and he came right over. There were many products left in the bathroom and the kitchen, which made it easier for us to cook. There were lots of towels and linens. The black out shades were appreciated. There were fans in the bedrooms were appreciated."

"This property was perfect for our 10 day stay in Anchorage to visit our son. The apt was clean upon arrival and stocked with many extras you don’t normally find such as coffee filters, coffee, tea, spices, extra paper towels and various soaps, etc. Abed is a very responsive host and a great communicator. The location is convenient to a major road with restaurants and a grocery store. During our stay the neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Anchorage."
