"We enjoyed the large front lawn for observing the Solar Eclipse Totality. There were only 2 dishwasher pods and we needed more since we cooked and ate all our meals at the house... when we contacted owner they had more dropped off on the same day."

"The apartment was clean and spacious right on the Arkansas River the owners were very accommodating and the location was great to visit the State Parks there was a Super Walmart close by and I recommend Fowlers Family Restaurant for a great home cooked meal and many other options the food was terrific for the cost."

"I booked this place as a surprise anniversary get away. We loved our stay here. We enjoyed staying in watching The Lord of the Rings right next to the beautiful hobbit door! We also enjoyed venturing out to some great State Parks: Less than 10 minutes from Lake Dardanelle and about 45 min from Petit Jean. The Hobbit House also seemed like it would be a great getaway for a family or friends who love Tolkien. Kitchen is great if you want to cook your own meals and the couches and bed are comfy....

Our teens lived climbing the big oak tree and we enjoyed night fishing on the dock after all day on the lake!!! The place itself was so cute and clean and so much provided for us. We will be back!!!"
