"All good"

"Was a great stay, very clean, quiet, and breakfast was good."

"Amazing breakfast!"

"My room was cleaned once in my 8 days stay. Lady in the front desk was nasty. Dog pooped in the hallway. Not a good place to stay again."

"The hotel was immaculate. The lobby was New England quaint. Our king sized mattress was extremely comfortable and the room was large. We will definitely return."

"Clean room. Pullout couch fit single, which was just what we needed when our daughter decided to join us. Not too far from Smith College. Good value"

"Staff is superb, front desk was so kind and welcoming. The breakfast was tasty, the room was very spacious and well equipped, loved the mini fridge and microwave. Parking is free but you have to walk to the garage, the walk is not the worst."

"The property was clean and well-maintained. Convenient to downtown and ample parking. I made the booking for my elderly parent, and there was no grab bar in the shower, and the toilet was so low to the ground it was difficult for her to use. The staff was friendly, but the communication at the desk was poor and my mother never received a critical wake up call, although THREE people assured me she would."

"All employees I came in contact with were polite and helpful."
