From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding—warm, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. The facilities were top-notch: clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Whether we were relaxing in our villa, enjoying the scenic surroundings, or taking advantage of the amenities, everything was impeccably maintained and thoughtfully designed. What really stood out was the staff—they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, they made us feel right at home. "Great for a night away. We have stayed in a couple of hotels in Paihia, but always come back to the Kingsgate Hotel. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. We stayed in a king bed room which has a small seating area with a table and a couch. Bathroom was clean and tidy. Would recommend to couples or family’s. "

"Very clean, great views of the beach and a lovely cafe next door. Very close to Waitangi treaty house and Russell passenger ferry. We enjoyed our stay at the Sea spray suites. "
